Michael joined OCU in Jan 2022 as CEO. He spent six years at EG Group as Group CFO and Group CSO. He oversaw all EG Group acquisitions, growing the company from £300m revenue to £30bn and also played a key role in the acquisition of Asda for EG shareholders. Previously Group CFO of European Metal Recycling, Michael grew that business from £600m revenues to over £3bn.
