Service Leavers & Veterans

Veterans

We proudly support our Armed Forces reservists, service leavers, and veterans and as part of the Armed Forces Covenant, we pledge to assist those who have served, earning Gold status in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) in 2023.

  • We provide two weeks of additional paid leave for reservists to attend annual training camps

  • Established internal support groups to foster camaraderie for reservists, service leaders and  veterans

  • With over 100 veterans in our workforce, we celebrate their contributions through special events, recognising their invaluable role within OCU.

We proudly support our Armed Forces reservists, service leavers, and veterans and as part of Our efforts in this area are led by a veteran, ensuring that our initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
