OCU operates a registered charity, the OCU Foundation, to reinforce our commitment to positively impacting the communities we serve and the remarkable individuals who contribute to our success.
Annual National Charity
OCU teams work throughout the UK, and each year or so the Foundation chooses a charity that shares our national footprint.
We seek to make a material difference to the chosen charitable corganisation, primarily through fundraising and volunteering activity.
During 2025 we are delighted to be supporting "Teenage Cancer Trust".
Communities
We know the value of the services we deliver to the communities we work in and we want our impact, through the OCU Foundation, to reach even further.
We will listen to our OCU colleagues about the social impact they would like to see in their immediate locality and seek to support as many opportunities as possible.

Our hardship fund is designed to provide assistance when it can make a meaningful difference for team members and their families. This fund enables colleagues to come together and support one another when it really matters.
