Project Location:
UK Wide
Client Name:
NEOS Networks
Challenge
The NEOS network is within both urban and rural areas and often utilises third party networks.
Faults are infrequent so the low volume creates a challenge due to smaller number of engineers working on the network on a regular basis to become familiar with it.
However, 24/7 cover is still required throughout England with four hour response time to site to ensure any fault is investigated and rectified within the agreed SLA.
Solution
We utilise a regional model to ensure coverage across the UK, and this ensures we are well positioned to meet our clients’ needs.
Our approach maximises efficiencies and accelerates response times.
This is further enhanced by training and shadowing on live networking projects.
We ensure those working on the network ‘on call’ have the knowledge and skillset to complete fault rectifications works efficiently.
All OCU NEOS back-office functions are carried out in house. This includes planning, design, streetworks permits and administration.
Our teams ensure that all reporting, documentation, local authorities and other stakeholder requirements are adhered to and standardised.
