At OCU Group, our values help shape how we work together, support one another and deliver for our clients every day.
To further strengthen this culture, at the start of 2026 we introduced a refreshed approach to recognising colleagues through our Living Our Values Awards.

The Living Our Values Awards celebrate colleagues who demonstrate these values in action. By recognising the people who bring them to life, we strengthen our culture and encourage others to lead by example.
Whether on site, in our offices or out in the communities we serve, the awards provide an opportunity to recognise the individuals who consistently demonstrate the behaviours that help make OCU what it is.
Recognising colleagues who make a difference
The Living Our Values Awards are designed to celebrate the colleagues who go the extra mile every day. From supporting teammates and prioritising safety to driving improvement, delivering for clients and making a positive impact in local communities, the awards shine a spotlight on the actions that help strengthen our business.
The initiative reflects what matters most to us as a company: recognising the moments, big and small, where colleagues demonstrate leadership, integrity and commitment in the work they do.
Since launching, the response from across the business has been extremely positive. The volume and quality of nominations received has highlighted how strongly our values are embedded across our teams, projects and regions.
Celebrating success throughout the year
Colleagues can nominate one another whenever they see someone living our values in action. Monthly winners are recognised across the business, with further quarterly and annual awards celebrating colleagues who consistently demonstrate OCU's values throughout the year.
The programme also ensures that every validated nomination is recognised, helping to celebrate the many examples of colleagues making a positive difference across the business.
As the initiative continues, we look forward to recognising more colleagues whose actions reflect the values that unite us as One Company United.
