Neil joined OCU in 2024 as COO and MD of OCU Energy, bringing over 25 years of experience in the UK energy sector, including leadership roles at Centrica, RWE, AEP and EP UK.

He also has expertise in private equity asset management across energy, utilities and infrastructure in the USA and Europe. Neil oversees OCU’s non-regulated energy projects, focusing on renewable energy and the energy transition.
