OCU Group has been recognised with both a RoSPA Order of Distinction Award and a Fleet Safety Gold Medal, reflecting the Group’s long-standing commitment to health, safety and wellbeing across its operations.

The Order of Distinction Award marks OCU’s 16th consecutive RoSPA Gold Award, recognising sustained excellence in health and safety management and performance. In addition, the Fleet Safety Gold Medal acknowledges five consecutive years of Fleet Safety Gold Awards, highlighting the Group’s continued focus on safe and responsible fleet operations.

Organised by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), the internationally recognised awards celebrate organisations that demonstrate high standards across health, safety and wellbeing. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the RoSPA Awards.

Achieving both awards is the result of a significant collective effort across the business. Teams from across OCU contributed by supporting the submission process, demonstrating the collaboration, commitment and focus required to maintain high standards year after year.

The awards recognise more than policies and processes. They reflect the behaviours, leadership and culture that help ensure health, safety and wellbeing remain central to how OCU operates and delivers projects across the UK and internationally.

Thank you to everyone involved in preparing and supporting the submissions, and to our colleagues across the Group for their commitment to safety which make these achievements possible.
