OCU celebrates success at the G4C North West Awards 2026

OCU recently attended the Generation for Change (G4C) North West Awards 2026, where both colleagues and the wider business were recognised for their commitment to developing future talent.
The G4C North West Awards celebrate individuals and organisations helping to shape the future of the construction industry through learning, development, innovation and professional growth.

For the second consecutive year, OCU was presented with the Commitment to Employee Training and Development Award, highlighting the Group's continued investment in developing its people through high-quality training, structured career development and long-term progression opportunities. In addition, Erin Wall, OCU Assistant Estimator, was named Student of the Year, recognising her commitment to learning and continued professional development. And Emma McGuire, OCU Environment and Sustainability Graduate, received Highly Commended in the Future Leader category, recognising the positive contribution she is making within OCU and the wider industry.

These achievements reflect OCU's ongoing commitment to investing in its people, supporting early careers and creating opportunities for colleagues to develop rewarding, long-term careers. They also reinforce the important role our people play in shaping the future of the infrastructure and construction sectors.
