OCU welcomes over 60 Early Career new starters to the Group

Our new team members are a mixture of Apprentices, Graduates and Industrial Placement students across a range of sectors and disciplines. 

We hosted a two-day induction at Stockport County Football Ground, including team building exercises and presentations by our CEO and many other guest speakers from across OCU Group. Further time was spent getting to know each other during a drinks reception and evening meal.

We are committed to investing in early careers and supporting these important entry routes into the business, all helping us to welcome new talent and future industry leaders. 

OCU now has an Early Careers population of 235 individuals, making up 10.4% of our directly employed workforce.
